Below are the most frequent Help issues.
Log In Help
• You need to be a C.O.C.A. member to log into the Members Only sections of the web site. To join C.O.C.A., please click here to obtain a copy of the Membership Application.
• If you are a C.O.C.A. member and need a User Name and Password, please send an email to coinop.doug@gmail.com along with your name, location and phone number for verification purposes.
• If you forgot your User Name or Password, please send an email to coinop.doug@gmail.com along with your name, location and phone number for verification purposes.
• If you are a C.O.C.A. member and have an other log in problem, remember that your User Name and Password are "Case Sensitive" and there is likly a space between your first and last name. Please try again. If that doesn't work, send an email to: coinop.doug@gmail.com and describe your problem. Include your name, location and phone number for verification purposes.
Classified Ad Problem
• Anyone can submit a classified ad, but only C.O.C.A. members can see the classified ads. To submit a classified ad, click here to go to the Classified Ad Submission Form. After you submit an ad, an email will be sent to your email address asking you to confirm your submission. You must click on the confirmation link in the email before the ad will be placed on the classified ad section.
• If you have another kind of problem submitting a classified ad, please send an email to Help@CoinOpClub.org and explain your problem.
Other Web Problems
• Send an email to: coinop.doug@gmail.com and let us know what the problem is, what kind of computer (Windows 95, 98, XP, Mac) you are using and the internet browser (Microsoft Explorer, Netscape, FireFox) you are using.

For coin machine questions, please use one of the following options:
