NORTH CAROLINA COCA LOCAL GATHERING APRIL 2026

    In mid-April 2026 COCA hosted a local gathering in North Carolina. On Saturday Keith and Glynda Morris hosted an open house that featured their extensive collection of rare coin-ops and served a scrumptious buffet to a group of about thirty guests. Several machines changed hands at the swap meet in the garage. 

On Sunday Chuck and Betty Friedman had a luncheon bar-be-cue of ribs, wings and all the fixings at their lakeside home. Their superb collection features coin-operated machines and antique advertising. The group then traveled to see Bill Petrochuks game-room filled with slots, trade stimulators, and arcade machines.

Along with many local members were visitors from Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, & Minnesota. Nigel George traveled across the pond from the U.K. to see all the goodies. There are plans to have another COCA gathering in the West later this year.
